What do I win?

  • The Participant that purchased the Raffle Ticket with the corresponding winning Grand Prize Raffle Ticket number ("Grand Prize Winner") will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, receive the greater of fifty percent (50%) of the gross Raffle Ticket sales collected by NCHF for the Raffle Period or the pre-determined guaranteed, minimum payout of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) ("Grand Prize") announced by NCHF for the Raffle.
  • Early Bird drawing for a chance to win one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). There will be five (5) Early Bird Prizes.

When do tickets sales conclude?

  • Raffle Tickets will be sold online beginning at 12:00 pm ET on May 1, 2021 and will conclude at 11:59 pm ET on May 31, 2021.
  • Participants who purchase Raffle Tickets online during the period beginning at 12:00 pm ET on May 1, 2021 and concluding at 11:59 pm ET on May 19, 2021 will be entered into an Early Bird drawing for a chance to win one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) ("Early Bird Prize"). There will be five (5) Early Bird Prizes.
  • Early Bird winners will still be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

When is the winner announced?

  • Early Bird – May 20, 2021
  • Grand Prize – June 1, 2021

I didn't receive my confirmation e-mail with my tickets.

  • It can take up to approximately 10 minutes to receive your confirmation e-mail. Please check all your spam/junk folders to see if the e-mail landed there. If you still have not received it, please contact us (onoursleevesraffle@nationwidechildrens.org) and we'll resend it.

Is my raffle ticket purchase tax deductible?

  • Due to current IRS guidelines your raffle ticket purchase is not tax deductible.

What am I supporting?

  • Proceeds from this raffle will fund the development and distribution of free resources to break child mental health stigmas and to educate families and advocates throughout Ohio. For more information, please visit www.nationwidechildrens.org.

I would like a refund.

  • No refunds will be made except as otherwise determined by NCHF in its sole discretion.

Can I buy raffle tickets outside of Ohio?

  • No, you must be located in the state of Ohio. You do not need to be a resident but to make a purchase your location from your device must be in Ohio.

Is there in person raffle ticket purchasing?


If I have the winning ticket how do I claim my prize?

  • To claim a Prize, the Prize Winner must contact NCHF and present the winning Raffle Ticket via email to onoursleevesraffle@nationwidechildrens.org within thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the applicable Drawing. The winning Raffle Ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a Prize. The Prize Winner must provide NCHF with all information required to claim the Prize (including any information necessary to determine eligibility requirements and tax identification information). The Prize Winner will receive an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity (except where prohibited by law) Release ("Affidavit") in the form approved by NCHF which must be executed and returned to NCHF prior to receipt of the Prize. In the event the Prize Winner (a) does not notify NCHF within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Drawing; (b) is ruled ineligible for any reason; (c) refuses the Prize; or (d) does not return an executed Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/Publicity (except where prohibited by law) Release, the Prize will be forfeited and will be retained by NCHF. NCHF has no obligation to contact potential winners. The Grand Prize will be delivered via check within thirty (30) days of the Prize Winner presenting the winning Raffle Ticket, executing an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability/ Publicity (except where prohibited by law) Release, and completing all other required documents to NCHF. For security and safety reasons, no cash payments will be made to the Prize winner. Unclaimed Prizes will be retained by NCHF.

Geo-Location Troubleshooting Questions and Step-By-Step Instructions

Why can I not access OnOurSleevesRaffle.org to purchase tickets? I see a Blocked Page.

  • Per State Online Gaming raffle regulations – you must be located within the state of Ohio at the time of your ticket purchase. Your device's locations services must be turned on to verify your location prior to entry to the online Ohio sales platform. Users must also agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined. See Enable Device Location Services Section at bottom of FAQ for step-by-step instructions.

Why does OnOurSleevesRaffle.org require my location?

  • You must be located within the Ohio at the time of your ticket purchase. Your current location will confirm your eligibility.

What if I already selected "Don't Allow" location sharing?

  • Reloading the page should cause you to be prompted to share your location again. If you have specified that you never want to share your location, you will need to go into your settings to allow. See Enable Device Location Services Section.

What if I receive one of the following prompts?

  • "You must allow your browser to share your location to purchase tickets. Please enable location services for this browser and try again."
  • "Location information is unavailable. In order to purchase tickets your location must be able to be determined. Please enable location services for this browser and try again."
  • "The request to get user location timed out. In order to purchase tickets your location must be able to be determined. Please enable location services for this browser and try again."
  • "An unknown error occurred while attempting to determine your location... In order to purchase tickets your location must be able to be determined. Please enable location services for this browser and try again."

These prompts are related to your Location setting. You may have told your browser to never share your location. You have to change that setting before continuing with your ticket order. See Enable Device Location Services Section.

Enable Device Location Services

Select from the devices below, to enable your access to the E-Commerce site - iOS Mobile Device, MacOS Desktop, Windows, Android Smartphone. Instructions for each are provided below.

iOS Mobile devices

  1. Go to the Settings App.
  2. Go to 'Privacy'.
  3. Go into 'Location Services'.
  4. Ensure 'Location Services' are on.
  5. Scroll down and click 'Safari Websites'.
  6. Make sure that Allow Location Access is set to "While Using the App."

Chrome has the same setting if you are using that instead.

MacOS Desktop

Check if Location Services is turned on

  1. Open 'System Preferences'
  2. Select 'Security & Privacy'
  3. Select 'Privacy' tab
  4. Ensure 'Location Services' are on.
  5. If it is not checked click the lock icon in bottom right corner of that window to make changes
  6. Enter in your Username and password
  7. Check The 'Enable Location Services' checkbox
  8. If it is checked look at the list of allowed applications and make sure the web browser, you are using is also checked. Note that Chrome will not show up here, but Safari and Firefox will

If Locations is on, you may have previously blocked the OnOurSleevesRaffle.org site from using locations. To Unblock it:

  2. From the Top Browser Menu select Safari-Settings for this website
  3. In the Pop Up under Location select 'Allow'

Mac Chrome

  1. Go to OnOurSleevesRaffle.org
  2. Click 'Buy Now'
  3. Received the Geolocation error
  4. In Chrome address bar there is an icon that looks like a compass/target with a small red X on it
  5. Click this icon
  6. On the window that opens, click the 'Clear these settings for future visits'
  7. Click 'Done'

Mac Firefox

  1. Go to OnOurSleevesRaffle.org
  2. From the Top Menu select 'Tools' – 'Page info'
  3. Click 'Permissions' Tab
  4. Under 'Access Your Location' select 'Allow'
  5. Retry your purchase on OnOurSleevesRaffle.org

Android Based Smart Phones

Check if location services is turned on

  1. Go to 'Settings' App
  2. Go to 'Location' and make sure that it is on.
  3. This can vary by version or smartphone model
  4. On most Android Phones you can also pull down from the top of the screen to show several clickable settings, 'Location' is usually available there also.

  2. Click on the three vertical dots in the top right corner
  3. Select 'Settings'
  4. Under 'Advanced' select 'Site Settings'

  8. If it appears in the search results click it
  9. Click the 'Clear & Reset' button that appears
  10. Retry your purchase on OnOurSleevesRaffle.org

  3. Received the Geolocation error
